Current Training Schedule:
Every good coach needs a good coach!
I am currently working with a Run Coach to continue to strive for Boston! Right now my goal is to work on a faster half marathon pace and use that towards a full marathon.
I run 5 days a week and do runner specific strength training workouts 2-3 days a week.
I also love to cycle with friends on cross-training days!
On recovery days I do a gentle Yoga and Stretch.
